Facial Waxing

Complimentary facial waxing (choice of brows, lip, chin, nose or sideburns, at your facial appointment or with any other paid service. Complimentary waxing cannot be booked as a standalone appointment.

10% Discount on Products and Services

Members receive a 10% discount on qualifying skincare products and our a la carte, add-on, and facial waxing services only. This discount does not apply to our advanced treatment series: Procell Microchanneling, Microcurrent, or BBGlow Services.

How to Become a Member

Memberships are available exclusively in-spa. Our team will help you choose the option that best fits your skin goals and walk you through enrollment at your next visit. Have questions before joining? We’re always happy to help — just ask the front desk or reach out to our team.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Facial credits accrue over time based on your selected membership tier and facial type (Glow60 or Signature). Credits never expire during an active membership, allowing you to book appointments when it works best for your schedule and your skin.

    Credits are non-refundable.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

  • Unfortunately no. Facial credits are for the member’s personal use only, and may not be transferred or gifted.

  • Because credits accrue automatically and remain available, memberships cannot be paused.

    Any facial credits accrued may be used towards other services. 10 credits equals $10.

  • Memberships require a six-month commitment to support consistent, result-driven skincare. After the initial six months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing hello@beautybybiba.com.

    Membership payments are non-refunable. Any facial credits you’ve already earned will remain available for up to six months after cancellation and must be used within that time. Credits cannot be issued in advance of their earned date.

  • Yes. Facial credits may be applied toward upgraded facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Lymphatic Detoxifying Facials, Microcurrent Facials, Fountain of Youth, Cryo Facial, and seasonal packages. The value of your included facial will be applied at the time of service, with any remaining balance due at time of service.

  • Yes. Membership pricing is based on our team’s standard facial rates. Because Biba’s services are offered at a higher rate, an additional balance will apply when booking with her.

    Your facial credit will be applied first. Any remaining balance will then receive your membership discount — 10% off for 6-facial memberships and 15% off for 12-facial memberships — with the final balance due at the time of service.

  • Unfortunately no, you cannot use a gift card to pay for a membership as it is automatically charged to your credit card each month. Gift cards can be used towards add-on services and skincare products.
