  • Facial credits accrue over time based on your selected membership tier and facial type (Glow60 or Signature). Credits never expire during an active membership, allowing you to book appointments when it works best for your schedule and your skin.

    Credits are non-refundable, for the member’s personal use only, and may not be transferred or gifted. Because credits accrue automatically and remain available, memberships cannot be paused.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or make changes to your membership anytime.

  • Memberships require a six-month commitment to support consistent, result-driven skincare. After the initial six months, you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice by emailing hello@beautybybiba.com.

    Membership payments are non-refunable. Any facial credits you’ve already earned will remain available for up to six months after cancellation and must be used within that time. Credits cannot be issued in advance of their earned date.

  • Yes. Facial credits may be applied toward any facial treatments, including Signature Facials, Lymphatic Detoxing, Microcurrent Facial, Fountain of Youth, Cryo Facial and select seasonal or specialty treatments. The value of your included facial will be applied at the time of service, with any remaining balance due.

  • Yes. Membership pricing is based on our team’s standard facial rates. appointments performed by Biba incur a surcharge, billed a the time of service: +$27 for Glow Facials and +$85.50 for Signature Facials.
